Cowl to Hood Gap!

I have everything fitted and painted. Lines look great all over until I installed the cowl. Installed the cowl and got it lining up good and close the hood and notice a close to 1/2 gap between the hood and cowl. The gap between the hood and grill is great. Any ideas on what to do?
