BBC help!!!

I'm getting ready to start cleaning up the engine bay in my truck. I've got the stock 454 in it. I have no knowledge of the bbc stuff. I would like to get a new intake, valve covers and new roller rockers, but don't know what to get. Oval or square port intake? short or tall vlave covers? What size roller rockers? I know sbc very well but when it comes to big blocks, I'm in the dark. Can you guys tell me what I've got or how I can run some numbers to find out? It's all stock 1976 crewcab 454 with T400 trans. Can you guys point me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated.
