looking for gas door panel for swap

Hi guys anyone got an old bed there scrapping or blazer or suburban scraping I'm working on an 81 c10 with a 5.3 swap that was a stepside well I'm not a stepside fan so I swapped to a fleetside bed but its 74 so its got the external gas caps which are a pia to fill the tanks I'm looking for the gas door set up to add to my bed junkyards don't let you cut anything out anymore they wanna sell the whole bed so if anyone can help me out let me know what I can do?
