caster cab stand???

I need to do a bit of work on the rockers and floors by the rockers and I'd like to build a stand for my cab to be on so it can be worked on with it being off the frame so I can work on both the frame and the cab at the same time ....preferably something very similar to the pic I have attached that has casters so it can be moved around. Please give as much detail as you can so I can build something. A build diagram with a list of materials needed would be great.
