A Couple 4X4 Questions?

I'm working on a friends 1972 K10 we are installing a crate ramjet 350 using the stock mounts/crossmembers. Are the 4wd engine mounts taller than 2wd? The oil pan is laying on the crossmember and the mounts look as they are being pulled apart.

Next is we are using a 700r4 with the modified output using the stock pedestal and transfer, anyone run this set up? I'd like to get a idea where the shifter comes through the floor.

Thanks any help is much appreciated.
