recovering my addiction

i had a bright orange 64 a couple years ago but know i have this 72 gmc long step the story i got and have confirmed was kids gpa bought it new in 71 in independnce mo he orderd the truck the old man put 81000 on the truck and parked it idk why it was parked how ever the grandpa dies and grandson gets well the grandson put a hei in and jerked out the point type and he couldnt get it runnin after the he said the timing chain jumped and bent the valves how ever when i got it here i put on tdc and the timing mark he mad was way wrong so i did it the old school way lol dropped the dist pumped the gas twice and its ran ever since ive but a lil over a thousand miles on it i was goin to build a 4x4 and v8 but its just to clean and i dont want someones gpa to come hunt me down so it will stay orignal hope you enjoy
