79 blue monster Registered User Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Pulaski, Wi Posts: 491	is my truck a 3/4 ton or a 1 ton? when i bought my truck the guy said it was a 1 ton. according to the vin, it says its a 3/4 ton, but i dont know. i have a 14 bolt eaton posi with 4:11 gears. i have huge leaf packs with overloads. the emblem says sierra classic 25. So is it a 1ton or a 3/4 ton?
