Hello New here

Just joined this forum not long ago and wanted to intro myself. Name is Merrit and live in Bakersfield Ca. I bought a 62 LWB chevy p/u a few months back for 300 bucks. Been working on it slowly as time and weather permits. This is a low budget build so nothing real fancy.
Started out by taking the 3 on the tree and putting on the floor. Pulled bench ot for buckets, striped the dash down to bare metal and pulled the off. The wood in the bed was total rot so replaced the wood and ordered strips due to rusted out originals. Cleaned up the rebuilt 283 and engine compartment.
It has come along a bit but did not get pics prior to starting. Will post some when I figure out how.
