Question about open ports

I have a question about a couple of open ports on my intake and on my radiator, First the intake, there are two threaded ports to the left of where the radiator hose attaches to the intake. I think one is for the heater and one is for vacuum but Im not sure, can someone help me out?

Second question is regarding the ports on my radiator there are four of them on the right hand side which are currently capped, Im pretty sure I wont be using any of them as I do not have a transmission cooler or anything else. Let me know what you think.
