Engine question
Does anyone know what engine code I should have in my 65 short bed. It is a factory 283 powerglide truck and my book shows a code of WE but anything I search online tells me that that is a 307 from 68. Anyone have an original numbers matching powerglide 283 truck that can tell me what is stamped on the block below passenger head.
