70, cst10, trapazoid horn assembly...

I've got the trapazoid shaped horn button on my 1970 chevy CST10. When I bought it they had wired the horn to a button on the underside of the dash. I recently had the truck re-wired and they ran the wires back up into the steering collumn like god intended.

THey didn't hook it back up, said I was missing a spring or something.

I took the parts that were there, I have a semi-concave round metal plate that has three holes in it and three grooves cut into it.

I've got a metal cup that the horn botton clips into.

I've got a plastic ring that has three grommets for screws to go through.

I have no screws.

Help!

The horn deffinitely works, I tried just putting all the parts in there and the horn started going off on me but I have no idea what order to put them in and I have no idea what type of screws I need to assemble the whole thing.
