Custom Sport Truck and Cheyenne Super nomenclature - questions

What's the difference between YE9 Cheyenne Super and Z84 Custom Sport Truck? I always thought Cheyenne Super kinda just replaced CST in the 71/2 timeframe (still referred to as CST on a SPID in 71, then as Cheyenne Super Equip in 72). BUT, here's why I'm asking - looking at a build sheet that lists both on a 72. Thoughts?

EDIT: Oh yeah - ever heard of a Cheyenne Super with PO3 hub caps???? PO3 are the chrome dog dish caps, correct -(in pic below) - I've nver seen a cheyenne super that didn't come with full wheel covers - which I believe were standard, so I'm guessing these would be listed on the build sheet because the original owner actually ordered them instead of taking the full wheel covers that came with cheyenne supers. I guess...
