What shocks are these?

When I bought my truck, it had these shocks in the back. Each one has an air line ran to a "t" that goes back to the back cross sill where it ends in a tire valve of sorts. I'm assuming the height is adjustable by putting air in or taking it out the valve in the back. Is this right? I've never had an adjustable suspension before, so I'm not sure.
