Finaly fired old panel up

I finally got around to firing the old panel up cpl days ago. I soaked cylinders in marvel mystery oil for week to loosen rings. It had been sitting for 10 or so years. Intallled plugs after pumping out cylinders and charged the battery . Hit switch and she rotated about 1o times before the pump pulled the gas from jug and she fired off. Smoked like a good burn out for while, burning off the mystery oil. Finally cleared up and ran great. Good throttle responce nice throaty exhaust note. Does seem to have a lifter that bleed down from time to time, but just another reason to install the new cam and lifters. Besides will need to yank motor to install new crank ,rods and piston that I picked up at great price. The extra cubes can't hurt anything.
