1988 Chevy Caprice 9C1 Police Package, My other project/daily driver!

Hey guys, Thought maybe you'd be interested in checkin out my old Detectives hoopty. Its a 88 Chevy Caprice 9C1 Police Package with a 350 and 700r4 tranny. Its got a Posi with HUGE front and rear sway-bars! The rear sway bar is off now because it got bent and its trashed. Also heres a neat feature to the car, It was ordered WITHOUT power mirrors, power windows and power door locks. All the caprice police cars i have ever seen had power everything. Oh yea heres another thing, It has a Delco tape player in it too, most i've seen had just AM/FM radios and no tape player, And some had radio delete plates! When my Dad bought it 7 years ago the car was vandalized and the interior got burned up and he got it for only $800 bucks! It ran and shifted and handled like a brand new car, then again it only had about 77,000 miles on it. So we totally gutted the interior and used PINE-SOL to get the smoke scent out of the car LOL!!! IT WORKED!! hahaha. We ended up getting a complete interior out of a Caprice Classic that was rear-ended and considered totaled for $200 bucks! The only thing that my Dad hated was not finding a Police package Gauge set to put back in it. What i didnt like was the new gray interior, i liked the blue better. But im trying to restore it to original with no lights or decals on it. STAY TUNED!
