paint

Im getting ready to get my wheel wells and cowl support sandblasted and painted black along with my seat frames and other misc. stuff for my blazer. What primer/paint (brand and about how much)should I use that will be durable, look nice, and shiny when you open the hood? Should I use some type of bedliner on the wheel wells where the tires can fling rocks or is paint good?
