Burning oil smell

Since I got my engine put back together (after a blown head gasket) in my 69 with tbi 350, I'm smelling burning oil. Its only when I'm decelerating. I'm not seeing any drops of oil under the engine or leaking oil on the engine. It doesn't smell like burnt oil (from internally). Any ideas what it could be since I'm only smelling it when I let off the gas?

While I had the engine apart I put in a new oil pump, valve springs and seals along with new engine gaskets obviously. I also put in a new pcv thinking that might be related.
