4L80/208....... again

Greetings all! I'm new here and I hate to beat the proverbial "dead horse" but i cant seem to access the archives.... User error im sure. I have an 87 3/4 ton (1 ton, full fender dually, 4x4, and recent Blazer graft) i have a doner 92 Winnebago 454/4l80 (16,700 miles!) and the tbi454 is already in the truck. If i understand correctly, this tranny has the 32 spline output so i just have to shorten the shaft, plug the oil port in the tail shaft, and locate a 4l80/241 adapter. Speed sensor is not in the TC so it will shift correcly in 2hi/4hi. I also have the harness and computer from the 92. Anybody done one that can shed some light. Is it that easy?!? Scratching my head....
