I look at the VIN on the frame and there is some weird **** going on. It looks like to me that whoever was punching VIN's in frames that day at the plant screwed up punching my VIN, struck out the numbers they messed up on and punched in new ones above the messed up ones. Man, so now I have to show this to the CHP and convince them this isn't some BS where someone screwed with the numbers.

So you can see the frame was punched with 7100 when it was supposed to be 7099. One off. SO they struck out the 100 and punched 099 above it. That pretty much sucks. The VIN guy must have been drunk that day.

I only had to show them the plate at the top of the door frame.

Either way, if you get it through okay, I think it's kinda neat the numbers are stamped like that.
