A-Arms Bolts

Well my right front upper a-arm alingment bolt backed it self out somehow and all shims fell out. So i figured i might as well re-lower it using spindles and coils so i did that yesterday. Used 3 inch spindles and 2 inch coils. I checked today and the dang bolt backed it self out again and i lost 1 shim. Why would it keep backing out? Should i put some blue locktite on it, then a nylock jam nut also to insure it wont loosen again? anyone do there own camber caster adjustments at home??
