Starting c10 project sandblasting

Im getting ready to start one of my c10 projects. It's a 66 Swb. I was going to send the chassis and body parts out to my local blaster but was wondering if I should invest in a blaster and do it myself. I have another project after this one to do to. I have some experience in blasting I did my cousins 69 nova subframe and body for him. I borrow a friends blaster at the time to do it. My compressor is big enough to run a decent sized blaster. What are all your thoughts on doing this and suggestions on blasters? How many of you all doing your own blasting? I know of all the precautions of panel warpage? My local guy prefers abbrasive blasting over soda and was going to do that with mine so not sure if I want to go with soda. I seen some machines that do both what are opinions on them and what are some good ones?
