Trac-Bar / Panhard bar Torque Specs

I'm torquing my rear suspension to spec and I have an adjustable rear trac-bar like seen from Porterbuilt or No Limit

Does anyone know the correct torque specs for the bolts/studs that go thru the trac bar ends (heim joints) ??

I'm a notorious over tightener and the assembly manual seems high at 135 ft/lbs if I am reading it right.

Don't want to bind anything or limit travel
