for the 1100th time what oil do you use?

We used to run straight weights all the time,,,good stuff. My father ran straight 30 weight in his 69 goat since the day he bought it new (still owns the car). He put 190,000 miles on that thing and it still ran like a top right up until he decided to finally build a new engine for it about 5 years ago.
