Steam Line help...

I'm trying to figure out the best place to drill and tap for the steam line fitting in the new water pump for my 5.3. I've seen most tap into the "bubble" near the upper neck (mine has no bubble), and also have seen some tap into the water neck on the thermostat housing... What do you guys suggest with the Pump pictured below? Name: 5.3 Water Pump.jpg
