bench seat in a '68 chebby?

i've looked through many different parts supplier catalog's and have noticed that there doesn't seem to be any replacement bench seat covers in the factory material. am i missing somethin' here? if i remember right the bench seat was standard and the buckets were optional in 68 right?i've seen plenty of the 69-71 style bench covers and even the 71-72 seat covers w/ the houndstooth material in the center sections.......i would like to have the period correct(not necessarily the exact year) style of bench seat cover......it's just that i've never seen it offered in a 67 or a 68 bench seat cover. there is the universal style bench seat cover offered for all the 67-72 years trucks but nothing specifically for the 67-68 years. what's everyone's opinion 'bout the 71-72 style of cover that has the center sections of the dr. and pass. sides in the houndstooth pattern...... say, in a earlier year truck....like my '68??
