help with fuel filler

Help please,
I have relocated the tank to spare tire location. I need a creative solution to the filler neck and cap which is currently flopping around in the hole cut in the bed. (rear drivers side at inside corner of wheel well) I need a several inches so fuel doesnt splash back from the elbow when fillling..Im thinking a custom box of some sort, or if anyone has found a filler door, cap, neck combo that would work I'd love to see what you have done.
1972 Highlander...thanks in advance!:
