wood floor question

i am putting in a wood floor in my 68 swb and i am not using one of the kits. i have a frien who is a cabinet maker and he needed the work so i went and hand picked my boards. i found the width and lengths for all of the boards but the question i have is on the first full length board on each side. the one that gets cut out for the wheel tub. does anyone have the width of the top of the board after it is cut out. im using quilted maple and it is a little more than expensive so i dont want to mess it up but i am in texas and my truck is in tulsa oklahoma. i cant just lay the boards in and trace them out on the truck. i have an old wheel tub to use for the pattern i just dont know how wide the board is at its narrowest point.
