Turn signal won't cancel on 63 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Like the title says, I have to manually turn off my turn signals. I pulled the wheel to see if the cam was broken...it is not, but in looking through the lmc catalog I see a part called a signal cancel plate, I don't see this part on the truck, am I missing it or is this for a specific year other than 63? Other than that any idea what may be going on here? Thanks gentlemen.
