CPP rear sway bar

Hey guys, has anyone used the CPP rear sway bar? I picked up a brand new front and rear for a great price. One problem so far is the trailing arm brackets don't line up right. The hole on one side of bracket will go into trailing arm, but the other hole hits right in the center of where the two halves of arm meet. Also, I have heard some say don't use a rear arm on lowered trucks. Mine is lowered with CPP 5 inch springs and delux trac bar. Thanks...
