Truck unlevel after lowering

I actually did this months ago, but just recently decided to investigate, I installed a 3/5 cpp spring kit on my 63 lwb pickup and the passenger front is about an inch higher than the driverside, I confirmed the springs are seated right, and hoped they would settle. I later noticed this situation goes away when I put the rear of the frame on jack stands....thoughts? Could a binding issue in the rear cause this? Like a shock bottomed out or something? I can't visually see anything wrong, just looking for ideas, thanks. oh and it's very possible this existed before the lowering, but I didn't notice it. Thanks for any help!
