So why did it drop so far!!!

First off, This is my first lowering experience. So... Yesterday, I installed Mcgaughy's 2.5" drop spindles with 2" drop coils and all new tie-rod ends and ball joints. (I ordered everything from Porterbuilt with a great experience.)

I first measured the truck at the top of the fender well and it measured 31.25" and after the install the same point now measure 25". I absolutely love how low it looks but was figuring only for a 4.5"-5" drop and not 6.25".

Does anyone have any thought how my math does not add up? Will the front raise up after I install my CPP c-notch and axle flip? I'm a bit confused.

Thanks in advance for any comments and tips on my situation.
