a drum/drum reman MC for a 70 Impala should bolt right up ($23 including core from Advance), you should be able to borrow a tube bender no charge from Advance, or other automotive parts jobber. Just sayin, as long as you are on the brake update.
Thanks for all of the info, even if new holes need to be drilled, this looks like a great way to go on the power brake upgrade
