GMC hood vs Chevy Hood

I have been saving two hoods for my 71 chevy for almost 2 years. The GMC hood is in slightly better shape than the Chevy, but its been primered, so who knows what that is hiding.

My question is, are the later GMC hoods the same as the 69-72 chevy hoods? I though after 68 they were the same. If they are different, I will just sell the GMC hood and use the Chevy one.
