Viair 444c 5gal fill time

I'm sure this has been asked before but would like some fresh input from you guys.
Been thinking about relocating two air tanks on the outboard frame rails just forward of the rear tires under the bed. I will basically be separating the left and right side comp/ bags/valves into two separate systems. Left front and rear on one and right front and rear on another.
My main question is will two viar 444c's be enough for 2-3 gallon tanks running separate.(would perfer 2 gallon tank but cannot find them...anyone know of a place?) I currently have them filling a five gallon but I noticed that my fill time is almost double of what viar has on their website. Even sent them in and had them replace the cylinder walls and check them out. Everything checked out good (@200psi). But when i reinstall them im still not close to the 5 min mark. Plus my pressure switch is rated at 150psi so my time should be less than theirs. I talked to the tech at Viair and he said I might have a leak in my system but i checked twice with soap and water even left it aired up to 150 psi and a few days later pressure was still holding.
So my theory is to hook each compressor to it's own tank and see if they both have the same fill time(maybe one might not be working 100%).

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
