Shock part numbers ? Bilstiens anyone?
70 GMC SWB, Coil spring rear. ECE relocation brackets in the rear.
4.5/6" drop acheived by 2.5" spindles and 2" springs up front, with 6" drop spring in the rear. McGaughys spindles, big brakes, (if that matters) Hotchkis springs, Hellwig sways. I'm looking for Bilstien shocks. Does anyone have a similar setup and may possibly have part numbers for the right length I need? Hotchkis has adapters with their springs where you can adjust the rear drop if you need to. (essentially 5.5" rear drop) But I will get it as low as I can without notching. KYB ? .. what would you run? I wouldn't need shock relocation up front with a 2" spring drop correct? Ideas? Suggestions? Thanks ..
