aluminum high flow or regular water pump

Hello everybody, hope everyone is doing great. Ok, I need some advice. I have a 72 Chevy C10 and I want to replace my original steel water pump on my lightly built 350 with a polished aluminum pump but I'm not sure if I should get a high flow or regular pump. My motor runs nice and cool with the original pump and I don't tow or race so would a regular aluminum pump be just fine or would the high flow still be better? I hope I didn't make anyone go to sleep with this story...LOL. Thanks, George
