Rear disc brake kits

Just got another 12 bolt rear end (72 4x4) and it has drum brakes on it and I was wondering who makes a kit to convert it to disc on the back.
When I rebuild this I would like to just have it all done before I install it into the truck, all new seals, locker and want the disc for it as well.
I f the disc kit is to much does anyone know about a complete drum rebuild kit that might be out there. ?

I did search but did not find the answer i was looking for iam sure its there somewhere i just did not have any luck..lol
