1/2 vs 3/4 ton hub caps

Am familiar with the different size caps for the two mentioned above, but scratching my head on this one... Pic is of a C20 in San Dog for sale. Those SURE look like 1/2 ton caps to me - (i.e. concave bowtie center vs. convex protruding center, etc). The truck is a C20 and is optioned with 16" wheels on the SPID. If the originals were split rim 16's - then these must be replacements or something - but what 8 lug wheel out there will fit 1/2 ton's smaller hubcaps? Even the ford wheel option fits the 3/4 ton caps, I believe. Or is this an optical illusion and they really are 3/4 ton caps? (I realize they are the wrong year for the truck, should be blue bow tie, but the question remains!)
Thanks, look fwd to hearing your thoughts. Could just be my eyes playing tricks on me.
