Rear Porterbuilt Dropmember help

Hi just wondering if i could get a little insight on how to set up the 4 link on my porterbuilt dropmember. I ordered the bolt in kit and got it in the past weekend and it all looks great. Ive come to find out the 4 links are now weld on at the axle and i thought it would be bolt on, now im trying to figure out how to set it up before welding the brackets to the rear end so nothing is out of whack when i do weld the axle brackets on. Guess what im asking is where should the rear end be relevant to the frame and pinion angle etc before i weld the 4 link brackets to the rear axle. Thanks for any help.
