65 Fuel Tank Odor
Ok guys.....thanks again for your quick replies
Something must be wrong. I can't seem to lose the fuel smell in the cab. After filling up, the odor is just so damn strong and it's been weeks now since putting fuel in. I just replaced the sending unit, but wonder if there is some venting that needs to be done or connected? This tank is behind the seat of course. I do have a fuel cell for under the bed, but took it out because I didn't like the fuel door on the side of the bed. Since I don't drive this truck every day, I was thinking of keeping it simple.....there must be something wrong in the way I have the tank hooked up. Any ideas? Thanks Eric |
