2.5" lift is on

Ok I have my 2.5" Skyjacker lift installed and new shocks and have a question.

I installed a 2" drop pitman arm and i made sure it went back on in the same spot as the old one came off and when i went to pull out of the shop it would only turn to the right fully to the left it would only turn alittle over half way.

Well i adjusted the drag link to make the distance between the pitman arm and the arm that comes off the knuckle shorter and got most of the turning back but its still not even and i cant get the drag link any shorter unless i cut it shorter.
Any reason its like this.? what did i do wrong you think, should i put the stock pitman arm back on.
It does ride alot nicer then it did before thats for sure.

pix of it now, it needs bigger tires for sure and it sets 2" higher in the front then it does in the rear now it would take 4" blocks in the rear to level it out ..

before the lift.

after
