New Member w/ a few questions

Hi, I'm new here and have read quite a few of the threads and I have a few questions that haven't been answered.

First of all, I read somewhere that ECE's 6" drop rear coil doesn't need to have a c-notch installed, if I were to put those coils on my 70 Chevy and add the c-notch with a 2" block, would it cause a problem?

Secondly, does anyone have a good idea about getting rid of the gas tank behind the seat, without having a tank hanging below the rear bumper? I would like to be able to put at least a 20-25 Gal. tank and keep it hidden almost completely.

And Lastly, I've seen on a few websites, especially when they use airbags, that people have cut off the steering stop and the whole bump stop mount in order to gain clearance. Does anyone know if this will cause any steering problems as far as steering too far to one side, and if not will that help me get a tighter turning radius?

Thanks for your help, in advance!
