I have this old axe

What I have is just the axe head, and I'd like to get it fitted with an authentic top line handle.

It was given to me many years ago from an old friend that was cleaning out his fathers home in Oregon after he passed away, and to ship it to me he had to unfortunately cut the handle off.

It says PLUMB and 42 on one side, with no other markings on the other side.

Any idea how old this is?

I'd like to order a new top quality handle, but I don't know who to order from and how to describe what I need. I'm hoping that same person could sell me a vintage style leather sheath to keep it safe.

Looking for suggestions on who to talk to on getting this nice old bit back into action, since I want to put it with my other vintage camping gear in my Suburban.
