Painting inside of cowl

I have the inside of my cowl mostly stripped ready for paint. Issue is I know I can't get my gun to lay down epoxy in all those odd spots. What are others doing to get up in there, and down there? My fresh air vents in the can are already sealed up.

I'm guessing maybe por15 or self etching, then spraying epoxy anywhere visible/that I can hit?
