what options were available for '67 4x4 ?

hi all..

I'm starting a build on my new (old) '67. It is a 292, 4 speed and as much as I'd like to drop in a nice little 350 into it, my inclination is to restore this guy to it's original splendor. I'm interested in determining what kind of options were available for 4x4s in '67. It has full-time 4x4 hubs on the front, but i would like to replace them with lock-outs if there are some available that will work. If anyone is knowledgeable of what configurations were available i'd appreciate any input/advise.
