truck69 Registered User Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 323	Seatbelt Laws First I want to thank everyone for their pictures and comments on 8-bolt wheels. I got alot of responses. My question today is I have my 69 chevy custom with lap belts and I was going to pay over 100 dollars to put in shoulder belts also. But what year did they (Police) start making the shoulder belt mandatory? If its not my year of my truck I will just keep the lap belts. Thanks. Truck69
