1972BackInBlackC10 Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2012 Location: Estevan, Saskatchewan Posts: 1,025	gas tank removal help hey i have a 1980 gmc that im replacing the tank in, im just wondering can i disconnect the fuel lines, fuel gauge wire etc while the tank is still in place or do i have to drop it down before i can reach them?
