Is my master cylinder bleed?

I have bench bleeding it for a while, my first time ever doing so. I just have the plastic plugs in the ports that came with the master. I have the front reservoir pushing up fluid and the back reservoir with out bubbles.

Just wondering if the rear one should shoot up fluid like the front on?
