Preparing for a radiator replacement...HELP!!

I am going to see if my current radiator for my '67 c10 swb with a TH350 trans.can be repaired by a local shop. It has no A/C or heating system/unit. Was quoted $30-$50 to repair the 2 locations where the leaks are (ports where the fins connect). Hopefully it will be fixed for a while, but if not I need options.

Anyways, my radiator has 2 cooling lines that lead to the passenger transmission. I have looked at pictures of various radiators online and some done have ports or their ports are completely far from each other (one on top and other way on the bottom) as my existing radiator's transmission cooling lines are both on the upper passenger side and are about a couple inches apart from each other.

I just want a matching radiator w/o dealing with buying more things (such as trans. cooling lines to accomodate a differ. rad.). My year did not come with a 350 as well, so I am sourcing to a 1969 C10 truck (came with a 350 motor) option online since I'm sure the radiator mounts the same way??????? I am also not sure if my radiator is meant for my truck since I am currently fixing and finding new things that the previous owner had mickeymoused. [sigh]

I will take pics of my radiator when I get home from work tomorrow afternoon. I can need the help everyone...for an all metal radiator that is a 2-3 core. Thanks again.
