chevy 350 piston advice

making a little hopped up 350 for a 89 chevy ... the guy wants a big cam and flat tops i tore the motor down and found a bent valve and dish pistons .. he has a set of heads with 1.94 valves .. now i am thinking the dish pistons will be better for the rebuild but .. want a little advice ..and i dont know what cam i should use
